Due to the fact that myself and my wife run the business and we have no dedicated staff to answer phone calls, I have set up new dedicated phone hours. This will help me to better serve our customers. I apologize for any inconvenience but I just do not have the time to answer the phone all day, process orders and keep the site updated and maintained. Most questions can be handled through email. Please keep in mind that it really helps if you take the time and do your due diligence and research before asking questions. It's safe to say that about 99% of all questions related to setup, tips, hints and etc. can be found on the forums. Use the many resources available such as the Rc forums. I frequent RcGroups, Heli Freak and Run Ryder. Those are all great forums to ask questions and full of tons of knowledgeable individuals, and there are many others out there. Of course if you have questions about orders, trying to complete an order, things relating to your account, and that nature, can all be handled by phone or through email. As I expand this company and eventually hire on additional personnel I will have dedicated phone support. For now I have to do it this way or nothing would ever get done around here. : ) I would be on the phone all day. I appreciate everyone's business and support.
