Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Check Order Status link on the left and enter in your confirmation number. Or you can login to your account and view all of your orders and their status. Click the date of the order for the status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: Once we have received payment or once your payment clears, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order unless otherwise noted and 2-7 business days to receive your order depending on the method of shipping you choose. If for some reason it is going to take longer than that time frame, you will be notified promptly. On International Orders allow the time according to the shipping method you choose. Most International orders with First Class S&H arrive within 2-3 weeks. Q: Which shipping methods are available? A: We use USPS, UPS & FEDEX for our shipments. For free S&H the most cost effective method will be chosen. All shipping and handling charges include insurance so everyone is protected. Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship worldwide except to the list of the ?>ML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = ST1 />U.S.A.’s prohibited countries. Also it is the responsibility of the individual to pay any custom fees or any other fees associated with their order. We will not lie on Customs Forms and put a lower amount on the form so PLEASE do not even ask. This is against the law and we can incur huge fines and or a loss of our business.
