Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Contact Us & Order Status link on the left and enter in your confirmation number. Or you can login and view your account. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: Once we have received payment or once your payment clears, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order unless otherwise noted and 2-7 business days depending on the method of shipping to receive your order. If for some reason it is going to take longer than that time frame, you will be notified promptly. For domestic shipping if you would like a faster shipping method, you need to contact us before ordering and we can make a custom order for you. On International Orders allow the time according to the shipping method you choose. Q: Which shipping methods are available? A: In order to offer our customers the most cost effective shipping charges we charge a flat fee depending on the weight of the order. We use USPS and FEDEX for our shipments. All shipping and handling charges include insurance so everyone is protected. Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship worldwide except to the list of the U.S.A.’s prohibited countries. Also it is the responsibility of the individual to pay any custom fees or any other fees associated with their order. We will not lie on Customs Forms and put a lower amount on the form so PLEASE do not even ask. This is against the law and we can incur huge fines and or a loss of our business.
