Being the President/Owner/Operator/Technical Assistance/Customer Assistance Representative/Web Designer and everything in between you can imagine I stay very busy here. Please note Rc Super Sales is a two man, well one Man and one Woman operation for now. I do not have the luxury of having a staff to help me out with phone calls and emails. I give my lovely wife many thanks for her assistance here. 

My goal at Rc Super Sales is simple: I am committed to providing my customers 100% total satisfaction and helping spread the great hobby of Radio Control Hobbies to everyone by offering quality affordable products.

Rc Super Sales is not some huge conglomerate corporation making millions of dollars and just looking at the next customer as a potential "sale". I love to help educate others about this hobby and pass on my limited knowledge to them and help make their Rc Helicopter experience much more pleasant while saving them money. I started this company first as a hobby after I had begun flying and training in real Helicopters. I have always made sure that Rc Super Sales maintains the best customer support, prices and value in the industry. We are a small town, people oriented company, and you will notice quickly that we are very committed to our Customers. I will go out of my way to help you. I give discounts whenever possible. Any customer purchasing a helicopter kit from us will receive a 5% discount on any additional items they need to complete the build. Please note I receive many emails and phone calls daily, so please be patient with me if I do not respond immediately to your question or concern. I am a full time college student finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Science, I am a Helicopter pilot finishing my Commercial License, CFI, & CFII and I am a father of three. My time is very important to me and I try to make the most out of my day. If you call and don't get me please note I am probably swamped with calls, emails, out of the office, helping a customer, or stepped out for some much needed flying with my Rc Heli's or training on the Real Heli. :)
